Fire cadets engage in a structured program designed to provide practical experience and training in the fire service. They receive hands-on training in fire suppression, management, and prevention, and may have the opportunity to participate in emergency incidents alongside full-time professional firefighters. This program serves as a stepping stone to full-time firefighting positions.
