Wildland Firefighter (Seasonal)

Seasonal wildland firefighters are part-time employees employed to support wildfire suppression operations during peak fire seasons, which typically occur during the summer and fall. They are under the supervision of permanent, year-round firefighters, assisting with tasks such as constructing firebreaks, operating firefighting equipment, and ensuring the safety of crew members. Employees will receive calls for deployment to wildfires throughout the fire season.
